\n1953<\/b><\/span> Born in Lisbon on April 16.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n1966<\/b><\/span> As a teenager, begins his first drawing studies with the painter Miguel Arruda.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n1972<\/b><\/span> Takes a free drawing course with the sculptor H\u00e9lder Baptista to prepare for admission to the Painting Course at ESBAL.
\nEnters the Painting Department of the Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa<\/span>, later transferring to the Department of Architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n1978<\/b><\/span> Completes a degree in Architecture with the grade of Good.
\nScholarship holder of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
\nMember of the National Society of Fine Arts (SNBA), the Association of Portuguese Architects (AAP) \u2013 later member 1168 of the Order of Architects \u2013 and the International Union of Architects (UIA.)
\nDevelops his activity as a painter and as an architect, specializing in this area in residential projects and collective facilities – auditoriums, cinemas\/theatres and churches -.<\/span><\/p>\n
